The current project began with the clearing 5 acres of raw land and installing the necessary infrastructure to support 21 new homes. Upon the completion of the project, the project will have a 300’L x 15’W storm detention vault, a gravity and force main sewer system, storm drainage system, new water main within the plat and an upsized water main outside of the plat. The site grading work will include removing/stockpiling & handling of approximately 7650 Cubic Yards of native topsoil, approximately 10,400 CY of "cut-to-fill", and embanking approximately 19,000 CY imported fill.
