140th Ave NE Sewer Extension

DESCRIPTION 

This project involves the installation of approximately 4,000 LF of sewer main and roadway restoration on 140th Ave NE in Bellevue, WA. This upgrade will increase the capacity of the existing sewer main to accommodate future development. Our team is contracted as the general contractor for this project.

SCOPE OF WORK 

The scope of work includes installing two sewer runs: one from just south of NE 40th St to just north of NE 48th St, and another from just north of NE 52nd Ln to NE 60th St. We will also be responsible for roadway restoration after the sewer lines are installed.

• 1,950 LF of 10” PVC sewer
• 1,900 LF of 12” PVC sewer
• 150 LF of 6” PVC sewer
• 50 LF of 8” PVC sewer
• 15 EA 48” sewer manholes
• 12,000 tons of imported pipe zone bedding and trench backfill
• 6,000 cubic yards of trench spoils exported
• Sewer bypass installation
• Removal of existing AC water main
