DESCRIPTION

Our team was contracted to provide site development services for a new housing-development in Lynnwood.

SCOPE OF WORK

We were responsible for clearing of the site of trees and vegetation, stripping the site of topsoil, onsite cut to fills, import of soils, installation of wet utilities (sewer, storm, and water), construction of a sewer pump station, and roadway construction. Our team was able to import enough fill material to create level building lots on an otherwise unusable ravine. Large retaining walls were constructed to hold the dirt back.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• 74,254 cubic yards of fill dirt imported
• Excavation and finish grading for 62 housing lots
• Placement of over 18,000 square feet of asphalt paving inside the housing development
