DESCRIPTION 

Our team served as the General Contractor to provide site development services for a new housing-development in Marysville.

SCOPE OF WORK 

We were responsible for clearing of the site trees and vegetation, stripping the site of topsoil, onsite cut to fills, export of excess soils, installation of wet utilities (sewer, storm, and water), construction of a storm detention vault, roadway construction, and frontage improvements. We also provided solutions to particularly challenging and unexpected site conditions due to weather and ground water.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• Installation of a of a large storm detention vault with 337,000 cubic feet of storage
• Excavation and finish grading for 108 housing lots
• Placement of over 134,000 square feet of asphalt paving inside the housing development as well as along the public right-of-way
