DESCRIPTION 

Our team was contracted to excavate and prepare the land for the new Student Success Center at Bellevue College. This new building is 71,000 square feet and has three stories with a basement level. The space includes the welcome center, testing services, advisor/counseling offices, meeting rooms, and student community commons space.

SCOPE OF WORK 

We were responsible for the excavation, utility installation (storm, sewer, and water), and installation of the new StormTech detention system. We also provided additional trenching for utility subcontractors onsite.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• Demolished 42,000 square feet of existing parking lot
• Prepared 22,000 square feet of hardscape
• Excavated 710 cubic yards for stormtech vault installation
• Installed 1,500 linear feet of new pipe for building utilities
