DESCRIPTION 

Our team was contracted to deliver mass excavation, footing excavation, site utilities, and site improvements for new office towers in downtown Bellevue.

SCOPE OF WORK 

We were responsible for the excavation of a 5-level underground parking garage serving as the foundation for three new office towers. In conjunction with the shoring contractor, our team dug down to an average depth of 45 feet. Site improvements include all water, sewer, and storm tie-ins, as well as brand new asphalt paving and sidewalks. Excavation was achieved with two conveyor belts to bring dirt from the bottom of the hole to the surface.
