DESCRIPTION 

Our team was responsible for the mass excavation and utility work for an office building in downtown Bellevue with eight levels of underground parking. In a dense and challenging urban environment, our team helped bring the project in on schedule and budget.

SCOPE OF WORK 

Our team was responsible for TESC, clearing and grubbing, site demolition, utility installation (water/storm/sewer), and mass excavation. We utilized one of our conveyor systems that is configured to fit in tight city confines to efficiently move 100,000+ cubic yards of soil into trucks. We worked closely with all teams involved to ensure this tight and complicated half top-down excavation was completed in a safe and efficient manner.
