DESCRIPTION 

Our team performed all the sitework for this new 4.89-acre residential development comprised of 21 single family homes.

SCOPE OF WORK 

Our team was responsible for clearing and grubbing, onsite cut-to-fills, exporting of surplus soils, installation of all wet utilities (sewer, storm, and water), construction of a 573,500 gallon storm water detention vault, site grading, import and placement of gravel base aggregates, roadway construction, and offsite roadway improvements.  We also assisted with installation of the joint utility trench throughout the project.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• Excavation and construction of a 573,500 gallon cast-in-place storm water detention vault
• We worked closely with the City of Bellevue and our client to create a traffic and pedestrian control plan that minimized impacts on the public during completion of the offsite roadway improvements
