DESCRIPTION 

Our team was responsible for the mass excavation and utility work for a Senior Living complex, cast in place detention vault, sewer, storm and water systems.

SCOPE OF WORK 

We were responsible for TESC, clearing and grubbing, site demolition, utility installation (water/storm/sewer), and mass excavation onsite and offsite. This included excavation and augur cast piles for the building, underground detention vault, over excavation of 15,000 BCY of peat, two utility bores under Schneider Creek, bridge, sewer, 2500 linear feet of storm and 1100 linear feet of water mains. We also completed offsite improvements and wet land creation and mitigation.

• 20,000 cubic yards of peat removed and replaced
• Bridge 150 water and sewer bore under Schneider creek
• Two acres of wetland creation
