DESCRIPTION 

Our team served as the General Contractor to provide site development services for a new housing-development in Lake Stevens.

SCOPE OF WORK 

We were responsible for the clearing of the site trees and vegetation, stripping of the site topsoil, onsite cut to fills, installation of wet utilities (sewer, storm, and water), construction of a storm water vault, and roadway construction.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• Excavation and finish grading for 104 housing lots
• Placement of over 137,000 square feet of asphalt paving inside the housing development
• 50,600 square feet of retaining walls
