DESCRIPTION
This project involves the redevelopment of an existing commercial site into a new mixed-use development. The project will feature over 84,000 square feet of neighborhood retail space. Above the retail and underground parking structure, there will be four 5-level residential buildings totaling approximately 870 residential units, with 10% designated as affordable housing.
SCOPE OF WORK
Our team was contracted as a subcontractor to cut and cap utilities, clear, grub, sawcut, demolish, and remove the existing surfaces at the Rose Hill site.
