LOCATION

DESCRIPTION
Our team was responsible for the site development and excavation services for this new 10-level facility at the University of Washington. This population health facility, now called The Hans Rosling Center for Population Health, allows students and professors to continue to learn and research how to improve the health of our community.
SCOPE OF WORK
Preliminary work included demolition of existing onsite structures and preparation for new construction. The COVID-19 pandemic started during the middle of this project which created new, unprecedented challenges to successfully complete it. As a health facility at the University, this project was deemed essential and work continued through the pandemic. We worked with the Owner and General Contractor to create safety protocols that protected our teams and minimized impacted to production.
