DESCRIPTION 

Our team was contracted to deliver mass excavation and under slab utility trenching for the new Washington State Convention Center in downtown Seattle. The new building will double in capacity expected to cost 1.9 billion at completion.

SCOPE OF WORK 

We were responsible for the excavation, which was the size of a city block, for the building’s foundation. In conjunction with the shoring contractor, our team dug down to an average depth of 19 feet, with some areas as deep as 30 feet.
