Westridge Townhomes

DESCRIPTION 

Our team served as the General Contractor for the Westridge Townhomes North development project, located at the heart of the Issaquah Highlands.

SCOPE OF WORK 

We were responsible for the site grading, excavating, shoring, and exporting of material. We also completed the excavating, shoring, installation, and backfill for a 7×9 precast water quality vault. Our team coordinated with the city to export material and excavate for the storm vault with minimum impacts on the public.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• Excavated 15,000 cubic yards, approximately 15-20 feet below-grade adjacent to a roadway
• Exported 55,000 cubic yards of material
• Graded 7.3 acres of land
• Excavated and shoring for 7×9 precast water quality vault adjacent to a live roadway, installation, and backfill
