DESCRIPTION 

Our team will perform the civil and utility work required to expand Maywood Hills Elementary School in Bothell, enabling the school to accommodate more students.

SCOPE OF WORK 

Our scope of work includes site preparation and stabilization, demolition of existing hardscapes and structures, mass excavation and support for shoring operations, furnishing and installing two large stormwater detention vaults, installing new utilities, and developing the site for this new school.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• Install two prefabricated modular stormwater detention vaults
• Support the design-build general contractor in project startup and planning
• Manage logistics to complete the job without impacting students
