DESCRIPTION 

Our team was contracted to deliver mass excavation, footing excavation and under slab utility trenching for a new office tower in downtown Bellevue.

SCOPE OF WORK 

We were responsible for the excavation of a 6-level underground parking garage serving as the foundation for a new office tower. In conjunction with the shoring contractor, our team dug down to an average depth of 65 feet. We trenched and backfilled for all under slab plumbing and concrete footings.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• 173,675 cubic yards of dirt hauled
• Excavation was achieved using two conveyor systems with a total of four belts to bring dirt from the bottom of the hole to the surface
